Products & hardware

We make things, not just software for things.

IoT devices, smart electronics, and hardware solutions — designed, manufactured, marketed, and sold, for domestic and global demand.

The discipline

Hardware is unforgiving. Plan accordingly.

Software can be corrected on a Tuesday afternoon. A hardware mistake ships, sits in a warehouse, and arrives in the hands of a customer who did not agree to be a beta tester.

So product work at Hybase runs differently. Certification requirements are gathered before the schematic. Manufacturability is a constraint on the industrial design, not a complaint raised afterwards. Firmware, connectivity, cloud, and the companion app move on the same cadence, and the first integration happens early enough that discovering a problem is still cheap.

The result is a product that can be built at volume, certified in the markets it is sold into, updated in the field, and supported for years.

Lifecycle

Design. Manufacture. Market. Sell.

Design

Requirements, industrial design, electronics, mechanical, firmware architecture, and the cloud and app that surround the device. Compliance targets for every intended market are fixed at this stage, not discovered at the end of it.

Manufacture

Design for manufacture and assembly, prototyping, pilot runs, supplier and component selection, production test rigs, and quality control on the line. Yield is engineered, not hoped for.

Market

Positioning, packaging, technical documentation, launch collateral, and the certification marks a buyer or a regulator will look for. A product that cannot be explained cannot be bought.

Sell

Channel, distribution, and direct sales support across domestic and international demand — followed by field support, telemetry, and firmware updates for as long as the product lives.

Product lines

What we build.

IoT devices

Sensors, controllers, and gateways with the firmware, connectivity, and device cloud to make a fleet of them manageable. Provisioning, over-the-air updates, and telemetry included, because a device you cannot update is a liability.

Smart electronics

Consumer and commercial products where the intelligence is the feature — connected appliances, monitoring equipment, and companion applications that people use daily and rarely think about.

Hardware & integrated solutions

Purpose-built hardware combined with the software, cloud, and analytics that give it a job. Delivered as one system with one point of accountability.

Embedded & automotive systems

Real-time and safety-conscious embedded software, in-vehicle systems, and the diagnostics and update infrastructure they depend on.

Device cloud & analytics

The platform behind the product: ingestion at fleet scale, storage that does not become a cost problem, dashboards for operators, and analytics that turn telemetry into a decision.

White-label engineering

We build products that carry your brand, your certification, and your name — and we say nothing about it.

Engineering stack

One product, five layers.

Silicon & board

Microcontroller and module selection, schematic and PCB design, power budgeting, and design for manufacture — decided against cost, supply, and certification at the same time.

  • MCU / SoC selection
  • PCB design
  • Power management
  • DFM

Firmware

Real-time firmware, secure boot, over-the-air update paths, and the diagnostics you will wish you had when the first unit misbehaves in the field.

  • RTOS & bare metal
  • Secure boot
  • OTA updates
  • Diagnostics

Connectivity

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, and low-power wide-area links, chosen for the deployment rather than the datasheet, with provisioning and identity handled properly.

  • Wi-Fi / BLE
  • Cellular
  • LPWAN
  • Provisioning

Cloud

Device management, ingestion, storage, and APIs built to survive a fleet growing by an order of magnitude without a rewrite.

  • Device management
  • Ingestion
  • APIs
  • Scale

Applications & analytics

Mobile and web applications for the people who use the product, operator dashboards for the people who run it, and analytics for the people who pay for it.

  • Mobile apps
  • Operator dashboards
  • Data analytics
  • Machine learning
