Services

Four capabilities. One accountable team.

Technology solutions, our own products and hardware, independent assurance, and outsourcing. Engage one of them, or all four.

01 / Technology solutions

Development, maintenance, and delivery — end to end

We develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive technology solutions across software, automotive systems, consumer electronics, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and data analytics.

Some clients arrive with a specification. More arrive with a problem, a budget, and a date. Either way the work begins the same way: we establish what is genuinely fixed, architect against those constraints, and build in cycles short enough that nobody is surprised at the end.

We work for businesses, government bodies, and individual clients — in India and in international markets, where the compliance and support expectations are rarely the same.

What this covers

  • Custom software and platform engineering
  • Web, mobile, and desktop applications
  • Automotive and embedded systems
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Cloud architecture, migration, and operations
  • Data engineering, warehousing, and analytics
  • System integration and legacy modernisation
  • Long-term maintenance and support

02 / Products & hardware

Designed, manufactured, marketed, sold

We design, manufacture, market, and sell innovative technology-driven products — including IoT devices, smart electronics, and hardware solutions — for both domestic and global demand.

Hardware punishes late discovery. A firmware bug ships on ten thousand boards; a certification miss stops a launch in one market and not another. So the cloud platform, the mobile app, the firmware, and the enclosure advance together, and compliance is a design input rather than a final hurdle.

We build our own products, and we build them for clients under their brand.

Product engineering in detail

What this covers

  • IoT device design and firmware
  • Smart consumer electronics
  • Sensor, gateway, and connectivity engineering
  • Companion apps and device cloud
  • Design for manufacture, and manufacture
  • Certification and market compliance
  • Go-to-market, marketing, and sales support
  • Field support and firmware updates

03 / Testing, QA & certification

Reliability, performance, and compliance — demonstrated

We provide testing, quality assurance, and certification services that establish the reliability, performance, and compliance of software, hardware, and integrated technology solutions.

Assurance is the one service that is worth less when it is friendly. We run it as an independent function: test plans traced to requirements, defects recorded whoever wrote the code, and a sign-off that means something because it could have been withheld.

This runs on systems we built and, frequently, on systems we did not.

Assurance in detail

What this covers

  • Functional and regression testing
  • Test automation frameworks
  • Performance, load, and stress testing
  • Security and penetration testing
  • Hardware and firmware validation
  • Interoperability and integration testing
  • Compliance assessment and certification support
  • Independent audit of third-party builds

04 / Outsourcing & consultancy

Capacity, scaled to the work

We offer end-to-end outsourcing services — IT services, business process outsourcing, and consultancy — supporting clients across India and abroad with scalable and efficient solutions.

Sometimes the gap is not a product. It is twelve engineers for nine months, a support desk that answers in your customer's timezone, or one architect who has seen this failure before and can say so in the meeting.

We supply people who work to your standards and your process, and who leave documentation behind when the engagement ends.

What this covers

  • Managed IT services and infrastructure
  • Dedicated offshore engineering teams
  • Business process outsourcing
  • Customer and technical support desks
  • Technology strategy and architecture review
  • Cloud cost and performance consultancy
  • Data and AI advisory
  • Staff augmentation

Engagement models

Four ways to buy the same care.

Fixed-scope project

The scope, price, and date are agreed before we start. Best where the requirements are genuinely settled and the risk sits in execution rather than discovery.

  • Defined deliverable
  • Fixed price
  • Milestone billing

Dedicated team

An engineering team that works only on your product, embedded in your process and reporting to your leads. You control the backlog; we hold the delivery.

  • Monthly rate
  • Scales up or down
  • Direct access

Managed service

We run the system: monitoring, support, maintenance, and improvement, against agreed response and resolution targets.

  • Service levels
  • Support coverage
  • Continuous improvement

Consultancy

Short, senior engagements — architecture review, technology selection, cloud economics, an audit of a build you have doubts about. A written recommendation you can act on.

  • Time-boxed
  • Senior only
  • Written findings

Questions

Asked before every engagement.

Do you take on work you did not build?

Frequently. We audit, test, and certify systems built by other teams, and we take over maintenance of software whose original authors have moved on. We will tell you honestly what we find, including when the right answer is to keep what you have.

Can you handle both the hardware and the software?

That is the point of the company. Device, firmware, connectivity, cloud, application, and analytics are treated as one system with one owner, because integration is where most product failures actually happen.

We are outside India. Does that change anything?

It changes compliance, certification, and support hours, and we plan for all three from the start. We deliver to clients in international markets as a matter of course, and we work to your timezone where the engagement requires it.

How do engagements usually start?

With a conversation about constraints rather than features — the regulation, the deadline, the system that cannot be switched off. From there we scope a short paid discovery, or quote directly if the requirements are already firm.

What happens when the project ends?

You receive the source, the infrastructure definitions, the test suite, and documentation written for someone who was not in the room. Most clients then move to a managed service; the ones who take it in-house are able to.

Which of the four do you need?

If you are not sure, describe the problem and we will tell you.
